Validity of the Agreement

In order for the Member to connect to services that require Çadem Psychology membership; You must enter your e-mail address and password during registration. This process is defined as "logging in as a member" to Çadem Psychology.
Member's obligations
• While benefiting from Çadem Psychology services, the Member ensures that the information in the registration form is correct. and in cases where this information is required (such as forgetting a password), the responsibility for damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information belongs to him/her, and in these cases his/her membership may be terminated,
• The copyright of the services and software provided by Çadem Psychology belongs to Çadem Psychology, He will not reproduce or distribute these software in any way, that he is responsible for the personal ideas, thoughts, expressions, added files and personal information he sends when he uses Çadem Psychology services, and that Çadem Psychology cannot be held responsible in any way for these files, as a result of such situations. The obligation to cover all possible damages belongs to the member, Not to access the software in the manner specified by Çadem Psychology without authorization, not to change the software in any way, not to use those that are obviously modified, and to pay all material and moral damages that Çadem Psychology may suffer in cases where it does not comply with the mentioned articles, Çadem Psychology will not be responsible for this,
• Not to send threatening, immoral, racist messages that are contrary to the Laws of the Republic of Turkey and international agreements,
• Correspondence, subject headings and nicknames to be added to the environment comply with the rules of general morality, etiquette and law. Not to act in a way that affects other users' use of the service,
• Not to publish, print or distribute material or information that tarnishes the names of persons or institutions, is infringing, immoral, indecent or illegal,
• Not to advertise, Not to sell or offer to sell goods or services, not to engage in surveys, competitions or chain letter activities,
• Not to send information or programs that will damage the information or software on other users' computers,
• Not to send information or programs obtained using Çadem Psychology services. Any recording or obtained materials are entirely within the consent of the member, the user is fully responsible for any malfunctions, loss of information and other losses that may occur on the user's computer, and not to claim compensation from Çadem Psychology for any damages that may be incurred due to the use of the service,
• Not to use Çadem Psychology services for commercial or advertising purposes without obtaining permission from Çadem Psychology,
• Çadem Psychology may monitor the entire system at any time or continuously,
• If it violates the rules, Çadem Psychology shall take the necessary interventions and that it has the right to exclude the member from the service and terminate the membership,
• Çadem Psychology may use its own system for commercial purposes,
• Not to mail information that is prohibited to be mailed according to the law, and not to send any information that is prohibited by law, such as chain mail, software viruses (etc.). Not to distribute unauthorized mail such as .),
• Not to record or misuse personal information belonging to others,
• The Member is personally responsible for any transaction he/she will make with the e-mail address specified during registration,
• The Member is responsible for any purchases he/she has made, if requested during the delivery of the goods. They have to show a valid ID card, allow the relevant ID information to be recorded and sign at the relevant places. If they do not sign, the product may not be delivered to them,
• If the product is received by another person; The person who receives the product accepts and undertakes that the person who delivered the product to him on behalf of Çadem Psychology must sign a document that can be submitted "certifying that he knows the person who sent the product to him", and that if the document is not signed, the product may not be delivered and therefore the order will be deemed not fulfilled.
Çadem Psychology may temporarily suspend or completely stop the operation of the system at any time. It will not have any liability towards its members or third parties due to temporary suspension or complete discontinuation of the system.
The e-mail address and password entered by the member during registration will be displayed and approved after filling in the application fields to be presented to the customer by Çadem Psychology. Members who have filled in all fields or are connecting even though they have a password can be prevented indefinitely from having a new password or using their passwords. Çadem Psychology does not guarantee that it is reliable or that its service quality will meet expectations. owns the ownership and copyrights arising from ownership of the works.
Çadem Psychology may not deliver products that do not have stock, and may cancel the order and refund the order amount to the customer account.
By displaying the products in the virtual store, Çadem Psychology may not deliver the products. Çadem Psychology does not undertake to have the products in stock.
Çadem Psychology does not guarantee the information, documents, software, designs, graphics, etc. produced by its members and uploaded to the system of their own free will to be published (e.g. messages, poems, news, files added to the board). He/she has the right to publish the works and/or move them to another address deemed appropriate within the site. It is possible that this published information may be copied and/or published by other users. In these cases, the member will not demand any royalties from Çadem Psychology virtual store.
Çadem Psychology will not be responsible for the necessary communication, promotion, goods delivery, advertising, etc., of the personal information transmitted by the member to the content providers and web services users. Çadem Psychology is fully authorized to use it for commercial purposes.
Çadem Psychology may support companies that have products in its virtual store to carry out all kinds of advertising and promotional activities for the customer, using the information of its members, without the customer's approval, or it may carry out these activities itself.
Çadem Psychology may enable the member to navigate to other websites. In this case, the member accepts that Çadem Psychology is not responsible for the content of the sites to which he/she will switch. Çadem Psychology may make changes in the implementation of this agreement, as well as change existing articles or add new articles, in order to comply with future technical requirements and legislation. In this case, in order for the member to benefit from the services, he must approve the contract changes by clicking the relevant button.
Çadem Psychology may, over time, convert services that do not require membership into ones that require membership and open additional services, change some of its services partially or completely, or turn them into paid services.

Members accept that all purchases are for personal use and not for resale purposes.
Taxation

Transactions arising from all legal changes outside the scope of this agreement are outside the responsibility of Çadem Psychology and are reflected in the agreement exactly.
Product Delivery
During the product delivery process carried out by cargo, the member, If the member cannot be found at the address specified in the system, a visit note is left to the member by the cargo personnel. If the member calls within three days, delivery is made to the same address for a fee. If the member does not call within three days, the product order is deemed not to have been placed. However, even in this case, a refund will be made to the customer after the shipping fee is deducted from the customer's credit card account.
Product Return
• The consumer within 7 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself or to the person at the address indicated. has the right to return it.
• In order for the product to be returned by our company, the product packaging and box contents must be undamaged and the product must be in a new, resalable condition.

• In disputes that may arise from this contract, the member must submit the documents to Çadem Psychology's book records, microfilm. , microfiche, and computer records will constitute valid, binding, definitive and exclusive evidence within the meaning of HUMK Article 287, and that this article is in the nature of an evidentiary contract, and that Çadem Psychology has waived in advance any objection to its records and the right to offer an oath that they are kept in accordance with the procedure, declares and undertakes.

Applicable Provisions

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement.
Effectiveness

Termination
Çadem Psychology may terminate this agreement at any time. may terminate the contract.
